Suppliers

For the provision of its operating and developing actions Česká rafinérská realizes a number of activities in which it uses external suppliers of complete industrial plants, material and services. It is done on the basis of both the long-term and spot contracts.

Material and services procurement is adhered to the Procurement Policy which was approved by the Board of Directors. The Procurement Policy defines the principles and procedures used during the selection of supplier and the keystone of this is the audit of potentional suppliers and the tender.

For the communication with its suppliers the Company uses extranet information system.
