Česká rafinérská belongs among the companies that are conscious
of the necessity to invest own funds not only into new technologies, but also
into human resources. Its attention is paid to education area, the educational
programs are going on including the training abroad. Česká rafinérská has won a
title "Learning Company", due to its activities on this field. That is why the
programme of employees´ benefits and care has been developed in such a wide
range in the company. The goal of that is to strengthen our employees´
corporate identity feeling. Employees care and benefit programme is

The company try to keep its reputation of a quality employer at
the local labour market, which has also had an influence on a high number of
university graduates, who applied for a job in our company. A constant
