Business ethics

The Board of Directors of Česká rafinérská agreed to the document called The Principles and the Procedures of Business Ethics that unifies the principles of the company relating to Business Ethics and Cross Interests.

The intention of the Company is to make its staff keep the utmost ethics standards in the matters of the Company. The document explains, in general form to the whole staff of Česká rafinérská without exception resulting from their official position the long-term strategy of the Company concerning gifts, benefits, representation and payments done or received by the staff, potentional cross interests and other matters.

The keystones of this policy are for every employee to work for the Company in good faith, in accord with the good laws and in the way that can rule out the suspicion of personal benefit. In compliance with these principles the employees work out the annual declaration of keeping the principles of Business Ethics. All suppliers are informed about keeping the principles of Business Ethics and they are challenged to cooperate with the Company in this field. Among the principles of Business Ethics belong the rules of public behaviour and mutual working relations of the staff.
